Once a return product is received customer will be contacted as to credit due and can receive money refund or if the product was the wrong item due to our oversight correct product will be resent to the customer at no charge.

Refuse Delivery & Returns

Our goal is to satisfy our customers and though we rarely get refused deliveries or returns, we must pay our employees in the handling of these product returns. Refusal of delivery charges will be waived if the order is the wrong product and refused delivery. For return of products, we are currently imposing a restocking fee for all products that are sold. For both refusal of delivery and returns there is a 15% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the subtotal of the overall invoice. This may only apply to customers that purchase large volumes then return the products.

Order Cancellation

If a customer decides to cancel an order, there is a 10% service charge for all orders that are placed. This is due to the credit card processing that takes effect once an order is placed even though we may be able to void or cancel the order credit card processor and payment gateway still charge a merchant fee for processing which we have no choice to pass on to the customer as a service charge

Order Delays

This occurs time to time on certain bulk herb products that may be a hot item at certain times of the year or just in demand from consumers. If the product item is ordered and not available for delivery the customers order is placed on hold till the product item is in stock. It can take up to a week to receive the product item that was out of stock at this time when received the customers full order will be shipped unless otherwise directed by the customer. Amazon Herb cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to strikes, holidays, or natural disasters. Customers should be aware of our shipping schedule along with holidays that are viewed as holidays by the USPS.

NOTE: If the customer requires the product right away then the customer should contact us before placing the order for in stock availability. Should the customer place the order and the product item is out of stock we will ship once the product item is back in stock we appreciate customer patience.

General Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within two to three business days depending on the size of the order and if there are any out of stock items within the Invoice. If there is an out of stock product item within the customers Invoice, we will let the customer know as to what product item and when it is expected to be in stock.

Shipping days are Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time. UPS Ground has scheduled pickups at 4:00 P.M. directly from our warehouse for bulk product items. Customers may also use their own UPS account or any other shipping account of their own.

Shipping methods are now handled by our shopping cart these methods are United States Postal Service (USPS), this shipping method is available for worldwide service. Caution should be taken when using USPS in countries with nutritional products regulations going thru customs also there rates service are the most unreliable as to over charging or under charging. Please be aware of the country custom policies when using USPS.

United Postal Service (UPS), this shipping method is only available for the United States and Canada guaranteed delivery for whatever UPS method of shipping you choose most reliable.

DHL (Overseas Delivery), this shipping method is only available for overseas customers. Guaranteed delivery in countries were nutritional supplements can be expedited through customs regulations.

All of the shipping methods are directly connected to the shipping companies servers or rate charts. Rates are quoted by shipping companies we will monitor the shipping charges that are charged to our customers making sure that they are the same as actual billed invoice from which we receive on a monthly basis other then USPS.

Customer Shipping Account this shipping method is used for customers that have there own shipping account with there own shipping company. Customer must give the shipping account number in the comments section of the ordering process. Customers may also use this option if they were quoted wholesale pricing of twenty-five kilos or more and will be using a freight forward or custom shipping. DO NOT USE this option if you do not have a shipping account with a shipping company if there is no account number in the comment section a charge of two dollars will be added to the processing of shipping cost.

Overseas Shipping USPS

Customers that select USPS for there order to be shipped by Priority International Mail Service thru the order process there is no tracking available. We research the postal service's guidelines to the ship to country for restrictions or prohibitions for nutritional materials shipment. However, this does not guarantee that there may or may not be some, if not significant, delays through customs once this reaches the destination country. Should your order not be delivered due to some reason thru customs or the mail service we will not be responsible for orders not being received. All we can do is provide you with proof of shipment and documentation numbers for customs for all bulk botanical materials sent. It is the customer's own risk choosing to use the USPS as the carrier for there order.

NOTE: Mistakes that customers commonly make are invalid email addresses leaving us not able to respond. Email accounts that may consider our email as spam refer to our contact page for our sales email address. This should be in your address book if you are using yahoo, msn, aol, or hotmail email accounts. If you do not receive an email notification from us with your tracking number within a week you should contact us.

Wrong telephone numbers unable to make domestic calls to talk to customer direct on order shipments or tracking. Overseas customers we do not call so it is important to provide a correct email address in which you can be reached.

Customers in case of providing a wrong shipping address you should contact us immediately with a corresponding email letting us know of any corrections. In case of an order that was shipped to a wrong address Amazon Herb will make all attempts to recall, the order provided it is shipped through our account. Customer accepts full responsibility for all cost due to wrong shipping address.
