The herb jewelweed is used in folk medicine for many purposes, most notably as a remedy for poison ivy that stops itch and promotes healing. How to use Jewelweed products

Apply to affected areas, leave on at least 30 seconds and rinse lightly. If blisters should occur it would be nessary to wash with the soap three times a day until rash disappears. How long your soap lasts depends on the amount of water it is subject to. Wet your hands, then rub them about the dry bar of soap, place the soap back in the soap dish and work up lather, wash and rinse.

Tincture

NOTE: Tincture contains a natural plant based orange color may stain clothing. Apply to small area of skin before applying to large areas. Use only in relief of insect bites and scratching due to suggested poisonous plants, trees or shrubs.
